Policies

Eligible items can be returned within 21 days of purchase for a refund. U.S. customers may request an exchange or return items for store credit up to 30 days from the purchase date. We refuse worn or damaged merchandise and hangtags should be present. Embroidered items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Once your items are returned, you will receive a notification of your refund, store credit, or new order.

Processing Time

Pls allow 1-3 business days for inspection and processing upon receiving your returned items.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once we have received your returned item(s). Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary between credit card issuers.
